Boo to you and you!
So this is the most exciting blog yet.
Yesterday (Sunday September 16th, 2018) I got to go to my FIRST ever Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween Party!
Yes, I celebrated Halloween in September and yes it was so amazing, words just don’t do it justice.
The park does different things for the halloween party. For example, some of the rides were changed and they added cool effects and actors to them to make it different than “every day” Magic Kingdom rides. They have a “Boo To You” special halloween parade (best parade in Disney), special fireworks and a Hocus Pocus show to end it all!
You also have the chance to meet characters you can’t usually find in the parks, such as all seven of Snow Whites dwarfs, Winnie the Pooh and all his friends dressed up for halloween, and finally the most popular Jack and Sally from the Nightmare Before Christmas!
I forgot to tell you, at the beginning when you get your wristband you receive a Trick or Treat bag. There are different points around the park where you get loads of candy, this bag you get isn’t even big enough for the amount of candy you get!
A quick little suggestion, the park closes for guests at 6pm without a Halloween party ticket, but people with a ticket can stay. So what we did was arrive at the park for 4pm and used our fast passes on a couple rides and then when it was the Halloween party we got to go trick or treating, watch the parade, ride the rides with cool effects, and watch the fireworks. So getting there you can enjoy the Halloween fun instead of standing in line for rides you can go on everyday, if that makes sense!
